I think I speak for most of us here in saying that we are very happy when you participate.

Would you volunteer to setup such a schedule and enforce it? You seem to have many ideas on the subject and experience doing these things. It would be a very valuable asset to our organisation to have some one like you who is willing to just set out the schedule for the releases and yell when the schedule has not been met. I don't think it is totally realistic yet to be scheduling 3 months in advance, considering we don't have a space, or the incorporation, etc. But you certainly raise good points, and this is definitely the direction we should be headed..
Also I think that your worries about the "creative" payment program are a bit exaggerated. I am pretty sure we have allowed people who could not attend a class they had paid for to attend it at a later date, (perhaps even re-imbursed some students) and other similar arrangements have been set-up on a case by case basis. We are not about ripping people off.
BTW did you get re-imbursed for the tables yet?
