An employment agreement was "offered" to me about 6 months after my hire date. Although I believe I created quite a stirby not signing the vauge and assuming agreement, I can tell you that I'm still employed and no such attempt has been initiated from HR to have me sign. Obviously my "high ground" was easier to stand on since I was already employed, I'd be very interested in learning more about our rights in this area to help me prepare for the next offer (which will most likely be expressed on day one).
