NYLXS hopes to build its Education Facility for the disadvantaged over
this summer. In order to do so, we are to have our first Dinner,
hopefully in late July, to help raise the cash, and to put this
activity in motion.
NYLXS is looking to finance this facility to make computing education
with Free Software available for the disenfrachised across our city,
In addition, it is to extending the current NYLXS efforts with the Free
Software Institute and help with our new desktop training program.
We are hoping to have Richard Stallman speak at this fund raiser, and
planning for the date will hopefully take place this week. Tune in
