for the event on the 23rd. Additionally, since this is just an
addendum/schedule to the original flyer, I feel the place for Bios and Event
Highlights would most likely be attached to the original flyer. If anyone
wants to provide the text, I'll see what can be done in the short time
remaining.

As mentioned earlier, please submit Bios and Event Summaries (no more than
1-2 short paragraphs per event) no later than Friday Afternoon.

paragraph form, what the event is all about, a listing as below of each
event/time, and web site address of www.nylxs.com, and web site address of
specific page describing demo, and specific page, if different, of where the
document is located on the web site.

4. It' s probably too late for the flyer, but for the web site, BIO's would
be great. We have some highly qualified and gifted individuals making the
presentations. It is a big plus to add the bios of the presenters if there
is no objection. Marco's bio is on the web site. How many students/free
software fans/programmers know by looking at the flyer that we have an
architect of the Bayonne Telephony Project making a presentation? That's
worth some word of mouth and groups chatter...
If this can be added in time for the flyer, add the bios to the second
page/paragraph type of description.
The changes don't have to hold up the printing of the flyer (although
www.nylxs.com should be added). Make the changes, then update the file on
the site. I'll be using the flyer for the rest of the week to submit to
media outlets.
Send the link (to hangout) to where on www.nylxs.com the pdf file is located
once it is placed there.
