We can be at LaGuardia at 7:45 AM in the morning. The maintenance and the lab technicians will be available at 8:30 AM. They will help us with setting the network connections and all other issues that might come up.
We will get monitors for 7 presenters who will have booth in the atrium. I have counted that many from the session list. In case we need extra let me know now so I can ask for more.
