Maybe
I'm missing the point but I thought Jay and Brett were coming down to
address the concerns voiced earlier. If you are going to get Jay and
Brett and several people addressing the Board, it will be a never ending
story.. As it stands now, who from NYLXS will be attending this meeting?
And has the issue of binding arbitration been agreed to?

 

And I would like to know what
the purpose of these "several" other people are and who they
are...

Just trying to keep it simple.
If these several other people are showing up to confirm/deny any of the
issues and they have first hand knowledge, then I can see the point.
Otherwise, its just looks like a cheering session...
