I am for a meeting only if the results are binding. Will Jay and Brett agree to be bound by the decisions of the board with respect to the nylxs domain?

As far as I can tell Evan Inker, Vin, Joe Grastara and myself are in
favor of such a meeting. I am happy that finally there are some other
voices on this.
Of course we would need a moderator and an assurance on both sides to
accept the results of such a meeting.
I cannot understand how hushing the other side can possibly bring about
a resolution.
