As I understand it, the election committee consists of myself, Spidey (Spidey309-at-aol.com) and Selso (selsok-at-yahoo.com).
I need to know:
1. When the elections are held.
2. What are the offices up for election.
3. Who are the candidates for each office.
4. Who are the voting members of NYLXS.
5. What are the rules governing voting (paper ballot, online participation, write-in eligibility, run-offs, etc.).
Given this information, the elections can be conducted smoothly.
