Well the next section should be on Membership requirements, and then will be
the NYLXS road map, and finally it's committee structure. There is an outside
chance this can be finished by Friday. Then I'll call a membership committee meeting
and arainge for the oirentation schedule for members, and printing.

I hope this becomes the NYLXS bible, but who knows.
