Greetings All!
Will all NYLXS Members please respond, via email, who will and/or won't be
at the Killarney Rose on Tuesday, July 08, 2003 -at- 7:00pm for the General
Emergency Meeting. Facilities are in place to allow members who cannot be in
attendance at the upcoming meeting to allow others to vote as proxy in their
behalf at the General Emergency Meeting but proxies need to be in place
prior to the vote. LASTLY, if members need to cast votes via paper ballots
and/or email, please contact me and he necessary arrangements will be made.
