To clarify, this isn't an install-fest. The March 10th event is a beginners
workshop aimed at helping folks with everything from deciphering what's
meant by the features they see touted in computer ads to overcoming the
intimidation they may feel when walking into CompUSA. We'll be glad to
discuss Windows, Mac, and Linux setups -- all of the above.

Most WWWACies are undoubtedly past the need for such a beginners workshop.
However, I'm confident that many are on the receiving end of frequent
requests from newbie friends or family members for help with anything that
touches the digital arena -- and may not have the bandwidth to even respond
to all their loved ones. If that's the case, please feel free to recommend
the free workshop to anyone you know who might fit that category and you
think might find it helpful! As I mentioned in my original post,
pre-registration is at http://www.genuineclass.com/family.html.
