As far as I know, the MIT contact basically did nothing except sign paperwork, and Nat took care of the rest. I will poke Nat to reply in the morning, though. If there are questions more specific than 'what to do' maybe Nat or I can answer directly?
As far as topics... hrm, I'm not sure where to go there. I'd suggest, offhand, gnome-related:
* dbus [havoc pennington, maybe others?] * evolution addressbook integration [chris toshok?] * 'storage' - if the author can come out, doubtful
Things from outside of gnome that will stimulate people to think are of course very cool.
Anyway, it's late, and Nat and I have another massive round of meetings all day tomorrow :/ But I'll poke Nat to respond in the morning so we can follow up late tomorrow again.
