They don't refuse to fill them. They refuse to fill them for FREE. It is the PBM which refuses
to the patient. The whole stragery of the PBM is to make the Pharmacist to look like the bad guy
while it is the PBM which is the frauds. And the Drug companies don't care. They either just raise prices
or buy the PBM.
