That would allow for greater ability to control a MS product with a GNU
based system, and not the other way around. Frankly, I've been confused
as to what exactly MS is getting from Novell in all of this other that a
precedent which they will never be able to enforce. My guess is that MS
infringed Xen copyrights and perceived patents.
