I said it as a joke. Using XP with antivirus running would be a greater
load on the machine, and with all the maintenance, and eventual winrot,
would be a worse experience.

I sent you a link with detailed instructions on removing the onion fs
from that machine (intentional mispelling for your benefit - a
malapropism).

Why do you think a umpc is more powerful than a p3? These things have
very limited processors.

Does Xandros come with KDE instead of Gnome? No wonder your so
displeased, considering that you hate KDE. Myself, there is much about
KDE that I like, but changing a distros default windows manager becomes
a chore, so I've stuck with Gnome on Ubuntu.
So what distro are you going to install? When?
