you can always make your own. at this point you can get a cheap
rasberyip and make your own
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=l-_J2po3i0U
http://www.raspberrypi.org/

There are a ton of options for this kind of home made router now which
are pretty easy.
Also an external switch are getting cheaper and dedicated WIFI access
points are always better for covering large are areas than whats built
in to a prebuilt wifi router. remember when we successfully severed
WIFI for an entire conference easily with that one Cisco Areonet
access point and an old dell server as a firewall.
even if you dont want to buy a dedicated access point you can get a
cheap USB wifi card with a changeable antenna that will be the
equivalent of any transceiver built in to a consumer grade wifi
router.

For that matter I know for a fact that at least one fortune 500
company use clustered pairs $500 Dell desktops with Intel quad cards
running Linux as their standard firewall now. for most of their
offices globally. the only exception being in sites where they need to
support 10G networks and even then they are using workstation class or
small server boxes with the same OS image for the extra PCI express
bus bandwidth,
