I thought it might be an ended issue which is something I'm not at all
familier with. That finally sent me to the source code of the holotype
libs, and they seem to be popping them off one byte each. I also tried
signed and unsigned. But I can't connect that number to any variation
of 00000000 00000000 00000000 00001101

the program is man hexdump and yes, that was an oct output by byte.
I've been at this over night and working on this for 2 days.
