Hello Yusif
the backup taken with gnuhealth_control consists of 2 parts:
- files and attachments in /var/lib/tryton - copy them into that place again,
and take care about owner and access rights
- the database, which is a SQL backup taken with pg_dump
you can use e.g. pg_restore to restore

(out of my head: it should work with
psql your_new_DB < what_your_file_is_called.sql
as well)
