This is just BULLSHIT. More like 80% don't pay the fare. What world
does the MTA live in? And the result is that crazy people are on the
train. There is no issue here of "$2.90". The issue is that fare
evasion means many dangerous people are on the train, and people with
mental disorders who are homocidail and should be in jail or psyc wards,
but not on the L train.
