This is NOT GOOD ENOUGH. We need a passangers Bill of Rights legistlation. The MTA is completely out of control and the subway IS dangerous and fundementally unhealthy!!
Right up a Bill that gives passangers a Bill of Rights in ALL public Transportation for a Safe, Healthy and On time ride!
Why d I need to write up the details. She is the LEgistlator, let her legislate.
BTW - The ONMY card no long reports to you an itemized list of trips. You are supposed to just TRUST THEM or/and give then all your personal informaion why they monitor everywhere you go.
The MTA is not our friend. It is a self-serving organization, wtih zero accountability that promotes its own wellbeing over the public.
