Shalom
I had a chance this morning to be out in Midtown around Rock Plaza and Grand Central. We think of a city as being a relatively static thing, but in truth they are living systems and always changing. They pulled a building down on 5th Avenue near the Diamond District to build something new and it left a temporary gap in the skyline. That allowed me to take a few shots with my telephoto lens of some of the building in the area which can be seen clearly, at least until they build the new building to block the view. They are good photography and worth seeing, IMO.
Additionally, there is some fabulous shots of the Helmsey (NY Central) building and its roof. Without a telephoto lens it is hard to see the beauty of this ornimental roof with a Gazebo on top, cupolawith oval openings and on top of it is a glass ball with a 6,000 watt light.
From the ground you never see this thing, but the camera got it really nice. It is worth seeing.
There is also a few shots of our Striped Bass trip in the front of the photos.
I'll get this on my website soon enough, meanwhile, it is worth look at.

There is also a few unusal pics of GCT and its windows.
