Are you referring to vpn clients, or rather setting up vpn servers? In the past I've used the openvpn client successfully (no longer using it since I don't have an use case). Then for work several proprietary ones like the juniper one, the via one and the atmos one. So I see no reason for a vpn not to work on artix in particular. I've never setup a vpn server...
