None of this is what is happpening here. We've been at this for 30+
years, and this is not our first go around. I am going to pass on any
evaluations of this court case, its outcomes and future impacts. It is
not relevent to getting the Amius that you desired. I am focusing on
what we are doing here and what can be accomplished HERE.
The original document says that NY Fair Use agrees with the legal doctrine
that fair use is limted to a legal defense in copyright cases. NY Fair Use,
and no other advocates that I am aware of, can agree to that.
A rewrite was promised, but I haven't seen it. At this point I don't
expect to see it. So I have nothing to endorse.
So, that it where it is at.
I have other things that need my attention, like my patients in the
Pharmacy, and my grandchild in Israel who are being targeted by
Hezbullah for their death and such things, a Mayor who promotes
genocide of the Jewish people and is a Bolshavick. So this gets a fair
slice of my attention, but not infinite. I have immediate things that
need my attnetion that directly affect my quality of life and my
families survival.
Right now I have no acceptable document to sign off on. I could write
one myself, but it would still need a person in the bar to submit it.
