He did say he could write within the parameters, but he just went
silent, other than an invitation to book time on a web ap. I don't have
time for that. I am here in the Pharmacy and I gave him a phone number,
but conversation is really not needed. I only sought one out to try to
stimulate the production of the promised document.
I am sure Mr Coleman also has a varienty of urgent matters. But that
doesn't get me a document to sign off on.
