The Netflix Company out of San Jose California has charged my bank

account $8.99 without providing any services and specifically without my>
authorization. furthermore, they have been doing this broadly to the

public through fraud perpetrated on their website.

supervisor named Cameron confirmed that I purchased nothing from them

and that they provided to me no service. 26 times she refused to answer

the question, "Will you reverse the charge on my account, yes or no&qu=
ot; and

she refused to answer the question. Furthermore she had said that she

has no access to anyone else in the company, and then corrected herself

and said she had no access to anyone whom she could transfer me to or to>
call about the matter, and then reverted to the statement that she has

no access to anyone else in the company. I asked for the legal

department and she reiterated this statement.



I believe that Netflix is in gross violation of California State Laws

with regard to such matters. The Website insists on your credit card

information to view the site with an assurance that they will not charge>
you. Then they charge you. And then they will not correct their actions.>
