Those are also very valid points...and yes, we are indeed are, because
there are some who wish to define "broadcast" copyright treaty as
something that excludes fair use, because of culture monopolies who want
to control what their audience thinks and wishes to squeeze the last
dollar they can rather than except their consumers are also citizens who
also have very basic rights that do exceed theirs, etc....
