Hi everyone,

We=E2=80=99re polishing off the final testing on the next version of =
mothur. Hopefully, that will drop in the next week or two.

In the meantime, I wanted to share with you a project that I=E2=80=99ve =
been working on over the past couple of years. I've been developing a =
tutorial series for those microbiome researchers interested in improving =
the reproducibility of their analyses - that=E2=80=99s you, right?. =
Although it=E2=80=99s not specifically a mothur tutorial series, mothur =
figures in and the series will show how we use mothur and other tools to =
optimize the reproducibility of our analyses. The introductory video is =
up on YouTube and new videos will be posted every Tuesday and Thursday =
for the next two months. The first video was posted today and can be =
found on YouTube =
. This =
Reproducible Research tutorial series =
is part of our =
Riffomonas project .=20

Enjoy!
