Dealing with the airports, maybe they should be taken over by the coast guard. Or declare that all ports of entry into the country are under the coast guard.
That might be a way of simplifying things for this "homeland security" group. This might be a very good way because the coast guard in the past has had a lot of work with helping save people and have always had to deal with dicy situations.. (try hoping between two boats with a decent sea)
Also, if customs works there, shouldn't the coast guard?
