I have submitted the requests for the presentations. Could you please send
me the agenda of the event? That would help me in my correspondence with
CUNY. They are asking for it all the time.

Dimitar,
At a minimum, I would suggest the following be provided:
1. One Table per presenter (not overly big but large enough to place PC and
Monitor on and some handouts/brochures etc...
2. A Fast as possible Internet Connection for all PC's in the Demo
especially the VPN Demo Presentation (Ruben, you've been nominated so deal
with it!)
3. A whiteboard or two to draw on would be helpful
4. A Projector might be useful as well
As I have more time to think about this, I will come up with one or two
additional items most likely. As far as connecting up the PC's into a small
network, a small 4 or 8 port switch would be very welcome but I can bring
one if they do not have one available.....
