Perl
Although Python is a fine language. Perl has far more flexibility and can be used in nearly any
kind of programming. mod_perl is the standard for apache module creation using a scripting language.
Any complaints about the mod_perl interface is actually a matter of writing apache module code.
However, with that being said, it is mostly dependent on a personal choice and python is a superior
language (unlike say - visual basic or it's webbased equivilant )
