Good - You do it. Don't ask others to do the same thing. I would not trust him, or you for that matter.

You don't know that because there is no formal structure. So infact, anyone can walk out of a meeting tomorrow and run around and claim ownership of Orgcom, build up support and walk away with the organizations assets. The only thing that stops that is a formal charter, a legal structure, and properly registered trademarks.

Ad Hoinem: A phrase applied to an appeal or argument addressed to the principles, interests, or passions of a man.
There is nothing wrong with my arguement or the presentation. It's based completely on personal experience, observed outcomes to conditions, and speaks to the facts of the case.
