I think the way it works is just that if you define an alias in the
grammar, like `op=3D('*'|'/')` then that becomes a field name rather than
a method name. The same thing happens with the `left` and `right` terms:

left=3Dexpr op=3D('*'|'/') right=3Dexpr

We refer to `ctx.left` rather than `ctx.left()`, even though if we left
out the aliases `left`/`right`/`op`, we would access them as methods
instead of fields, like `ctx.expr(0)`.
