Cool. So, what do you think about the legal positions taken in the
case? Care to recap the case, so far, as a conversation opener?
OTOH, when you lead with an editorial about what laws you would decree if you
were monarch, I lose interest -- but your recapping the case would make
for a good way to start over.
But you won't, will you?
I'll tell you where I got fed up with the usual pattern, and vowed to
not put up with it, any more, period. It was October 28th on this
mailing list, when you posted here a claim about Iraq in 2003 having had
a 'state of the art proposition[sic] lab', which vague handwave I
painstakingly researched and gave a detailed analysis about, politely
rebutting your claim with a detailed history... to which you responded
by saying, quote unquote, 'whatever.' Unwillingness to expend the
energy to push down the shift key preserved from your original. And
added: 'FWIW, I'm not really interested in the documentation you drum up
OK, lesson learned.
