I'm sure none of these things are related but I feel like we
opened a pandora's box with a FLURRY of fairuse and anti-dmca
activity and discussion.
The ACLU is sueing over the DMCA, the wwwacs lists is on fire about copyright,
Red Hat is attacking UCITA, Hollings is all but abandoning the Commerce Committee
and taking his show down the road to the FCC.....
