Either way, I delegated specifically to an individual.
In addition, we HAVE committees. They have specific detailed agenda which we met at the Killarny Rose and descussed detailed plans of actions until we were drunk, exhausted, and brain warped.
Which brings up another point ----
We need the chairmen to schedule their meetings -
Do I need to name you all one by one and phone everyone and schedule the date for you?

This is built right into the constitution. At the monthly board meeting committees report their efforts, membership volunteer hours (creds) and plans for the next month.
And in this case, we discussed it person to person.
