No you nailed it. I also want it to look visually appealing of
course. If I have to stare at the thing for hours while racking my
brains, it should look good. I didn't say it, but that was one of the
reasons why I was considering GTK. For some reason all the QT apps
look horrible, I don't why, they just do.

But you are the perfect person to describe what should go in this
because you work with this kind of thing all day. Why don't you tell
me what YOUR idea of the perfect outliner would be. That is,
something you would happily prefer to using word.
