HP customer support does suck. I had a friend that was on the phone with=20 HP to get his computer to work for a DVD and I'm sitting there trying to=20 fix it myself and I fixed it faster than the HP person b/c the persn=20 didn't know squat! HP does support Linux printers (as Rob has a HP printer= =20 and supported his computer and I'm sure he set it up to do so). Again, HP= =20 customer support sucks.=20
