Enclosed is material regarding an article discussing a recent report by the U.S. Department of Commerce’s National Telecommunications and Information Administration (NTIA) entitled "Networked Nation: Broadband in America 2007." The article details two FCC Commissioners' responses to the supposed successes of the past years in broadband development detailed in the report. Both Commissioners Adelstein and Copps acknowledged the dire need for developing infrastructure across the country that is both fast and accessible to all communities regardless of geography or socioeconomics.
