That's really a different thing, and it's a CLIENT email problem.
If Balsa saw the key and just stored it, it would be good.
And used it whenever - good.
But really, what your talking about is oppurtunistic encryption.
For this to be reliable, you need some form of authentiation.
With VPN, it uses DNS to do that.
