Konqueror. Yes, if someone has KDE, that's important to check.

Might be better just to let them in, you can't show people the way if
they can't read your stuff, and if you need to check an appointment on
the NYLXS calendar from somewhere there's only IE around... You could
frame the page if you detected IE and put some propaganda in a top frame
