Evolution is pretty decent; due to marketing requirements we are an outlook
shop at work; I've switched everything over to evolution and Linux,
connecting using Imap4 and using the exchange web client to do calendar
bits, etc.
In January Ximian is releasing a plugin that will allow you to talk the MS
Exchange protocols fully for integration.
Evolution is by far the best email client available on *nix.
