****************************************** Structural Improvement Board Meeting. ****************************************** Monday May 12th, Brooklyn Marriot 6:30pm (I _will_ be ontime this time :)
I want this month's board meeting to be a brainstorming session. What can NYLXS do to get more involvement from the committee chairs? and become the more scalable organization.
I want to implement a more decentralised approach where the commitee chairs are more involved in the planning and direction of their commitees.
As head of the Tech Commitee, I will begin a reworking of the website, which I hope will allow much more frequent updates of the separate committee pages. And a system to get more diverse messages to the frontpage.
