But they do need them because they have prisoners. Your ideas about the 3 strikes rule et al, was answered before, but your spot on wrong about them. They were implemented because of real problems and they worked and now you need more prisons.

I do agree, FWIW, that if you thing the law is unjust and putting people in jail without just cause, then it is a waste. But I think your wrong. Regardless. They need more prisons and the questions of Jurisprudence doesn't enter this discussion. This should not be a back end means of undermineding the sentencing laws which was passed.
