Ruben, my fear of being shot by the police is real, I live with it every day, and have not come to terms with it. Consider my neighbors did not take a oath to protect me, the police did. When I was growing up I learned that if I needed help to call the Fire Department, not the Police in 56 years I have not found a reason to change that. Yes I know we call 911 now and they send who they think is best (if I need help I will report a fire and take my chances with the courts).
