Noon Monday 4 February 2002 at 41st Street and Fifth Avenue, before the New York Public Library, on the Island of Manhattan, there will be a rally to roll back the Digital Millennium Copyright Act.
There will be no official Roll Back the DMCA rally in New York City on Monday 28 January 2002, because the Movement calls on every partisan to write a letter to the judge of the large antitrust case against Microsoft.
The deadline for comment by the public is some time Monday 28 January 2002. Some believe that the deadline is close of business Monday in Washington, District of Columbia.
