Note: we should probably build a standard for sending messages so that

This is a messages for the education committee.
after last nights talk... I decided that I need to go over RFC's
and found RFC 2664 (FYI 4 and FYI30)
I would suggest that the education committee makes recommendations
for updates to these. I may be wrong but some of the really
good books on what is the internet that can be given to people
when they start using the net may be out of print and out of date
I assume a new book will be written and distributed.
