My book ("Core Perl") is finally out, after far too much time in the writing and editing stages.
The Web site is at , which has links to all of the major on-line bookstores. (My favorite, bookpool.com, doesn't seem to have it listed yet.)
The book describes most of Perl's features, including built-in and complex data structures, subroutines, modules, objects, regular expressions, network programming databases, CGI, and mod_perl.
There's lots of sample code, and I've already gotten positive reactions from people who reviewed it.
