Let's not blow this one. We are definitely going to be sticking this announcement into many community calendars and other publicity lists. Let's remember that we have an approximate 5 WEEK deadline to get the thing aired in some venues, and at least several days to a week to prepare getting the info out prior to the deadline.
Even if we get a huge turnout at every business expo, that's besides the point with the publicity. This will get NYLXS into more venues for publicity than just the classes. So it will be important to hit as many contacts as possible for this event.
Anyone working on the Business Expo has to coordinate date planning with Michael, whoever else is in publicity committee, and myself to ensure that we don't miss any deadlines for this one.
As each step is taken, as each contact is made, send an email to Michael and me (or is that I?), letting us know what you did regarding the business expo, what target date was discussed, what the probabilities are for that date, etc. Do it even if there is no date discussed during your contacts, just to make it routine.
THIS IS IMPORTANT.
Thank you.
Vin.
