A circumvention of the tcpa protected hardware, and to any media/data
you then have access through this hardware. But in order for the key to
be in the kernel, it would have to be licensed, thus not it is not a
circumvention and certainly not free software.
So you would hopefully have two versions of the kernel, a free software
one and one to be boycotted at all costs. Or perhaps this will motivate
people to complete Hurd, or Adam is right there is still FreeBSD.
We should change the name to NYFSS NY Free Software Scene
Or NYGXS which is Gnu/linuX for now but may become Gnu and uniX
Or NYGFS Gnu and Free Software scene.
