If you'd indulge some opinion from the bleachers, "BLEH!"
That name absolutely turns me off. I'd keep the "Fair Use" in the name, and lose the "New York". It's a national issue, not a state issue in any case, despite these mini-DMCAs that are the threat du-jour.
How about Fair Use Copyright Konsortium? ;)
